CDM Advice and Guidance
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) includes additional responsibilities for clients, whilst the role of the CDM Coordinator was removed from the regulation. The role of Principal Designer was created and the 2015 regulations ended the exemptions for domestic projects. GreenBuild Management Services has excellent experience of CDM, having worked on a wide range of projects from £100,000 to £100 million, as well as serving the domestic market which all came under the new regulations.

- Produce information for managing & coordinating the Construction Phase
Contractors
- Devise risk assessments & method statements
- Prepare all other relevant Health & Safety documents
- Health & Safety training assistance with SSIP Accreditation (CHAS, Acclaim, SafeContractor)
- Undertake site audits
- Assist with project planning & management
