Health and Safety Competent Person

As an employer, you must appoint someone competent to help meet your health and safety duties. GreenBuild Management Services has excellent skills, knowledge and experience to support you in this area.

We will:

  • Carry out a gap analysis of your existing Health & Safety Management Systems.
  • Help you revise and update your existing Health & Safety Management System or provide you with a bespoke new system and all relevant documentation.
  • Advise on the implications of new and upcoming legislation and adapt management systems to comply.
  • Carry out office, system and site audits.
  • Provide training as necessary.
  • Provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements, including Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Help with accident and incident investigation and reporting.
  • Assist with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).
  • Provide 24-hour advice and support.
